But he’s been feeling sort of tapped for creative energy for awhile now and that’s depressing. As much fun as the little disruptions can be, they are nothing compared to the high of a proper crime. And he hasn’t had one of those in… lord, a perigee now at least]

[So yes. He’s been here too long after they co-opted a rather large, if run down hive stem on the edge of this city’s lowblood slums, but he just… doesn’t… care… This evening, like a number of evenings before this, he finds himself lying on the floor of the penthouse block that he took for himself when they first arrived, staring blindly at the ceiling, trying to find the will to cause some proper trouble for someone… BLUH]

Probably he's got a reputation from before he met the Overseer of uh... killing... most of the people he fucks...? Probably the blueblood is sitting off somewhere being smug because he totally knew this would happen!!! So there's gonna be no help there tbh...]

[Instead the Baron settles quite heavily on him again, pressing him down into the ground and setting his hand along his side. Overseer, have you learned where gills are on a seadweller yet? Because the Baron is slowly tracing outlines of them across your ribs, digging his claws in a little harder each time he circles back around]

[ skjgsk SCREECH blueblood he h8s you to platonic or would if he knew you were being smug over this. The sudden weight on his back has him grunting a bit before he winces--Baron's right up against all the places that hurt, ow.

The tracing has his breath turning shallow every time he runs his hands over them though because he's...quite aware. He trained purposely to go for those right away so there's no way he can mistake where Baron's touching. ]

[Leans down to him, breathing against the cuts in his shoulders, lapping at the blood. There is a reverence to him now, in the way he moves to press his hips down against the Overseer's back and in the tone of his voice when he speaks: ]

Yes, my dear. [...except in the same breath he finally pierces his skin, starting to... slowly... carve the gill shape into his sides...]

[ Whatever Overseer is next about to say it cut off by a sharp inhale and a following sound of pain as he twitches and struggles beneath him, trying to pull back. It's like having a knife dragged through his skin and SURPRISINGLY? Not comfortable. ]

U--nngh!! St--stop...!

[Little pause in the cutting but... only because... he's going to lay across his back, free arm laid across his shoulders, trying to keep him from struggling since it's fucking him up!! Once he's got him fairly well pinned though, he resumes where he left off, humming... something... Probably one of the Signless' hymns actually AHAHALSDKFJ]

[Best say what you're gonna say man, he's not... planning on stopping till he's done );]

[ sobbbb what follows here is probably a bunch of flinching and writhing and sounds of agony because that is basically what this is for him. He's struggling as best he can, being pinned like this, dragging his nails across the wood floor and yelling in pain as those nail slice along his side.

By the end of the first cut he already feels sick from all the pain and he's covered in a thin film of sweat, panting hoarsely and shallowly as jade escapes from the cut--and his eyes, because fuck fuck fuck this hurts ]

[Lets up on him at the end of the first cut 8>! Pulling his claws out and setting them against the ground by his side. And then he's hushing him, quite tenderly, licking the sweat from his shoulders, leaning up just enough to kiss the back of his head]

We haven't even started, darling. [You gotta calm yourself, bro! They got... seven more to go... screech]

[ Oh my god Baron you are so fucked up in the head--Overseer's just shaking his, trying not to breathe too deeply lest he further agitate the cut. ]

N-no....d-don't, I'm.... [ sorry? scared? IN TONS OF PAIN? He's not sure which is more applicable here ]

[Tilts his head, pausing another moment as if considering this... but then he's back to sliding his hand against his side, lightly, fondly. Sets... the pad of his thumb just under the cut and... murmurs: ]

Ready? [...aaaand then digging his thumb into his skin, echoing what the Overseer did to him earlier... lakjdslfkjalskdjfk screams]

[ WOW YUP stole my tag from me. Screaming is exactly what Overseer's going to be doing here, tensing and going rigid as he renews his struggles. ]

[Hff, tbh you should probably be thankful bro! He coulda choked you at the same time so you actually got it but no... just the cut...]

[Takes his hand away before too long, sighing against the back of his head... and then his hand dips and he starts the next line... criminy...]

[ And that makes Overseer sob outright, choking a bit on his own saliva as he tries to swallow and yell at the same time. He's pleading breathlessly, desperately, and that only stops when he feels the claw pierce his skin. Because he's grunting and clawing at the ground again to try and get away to no avail. ]

[Right... so... I guess if the Overseer had forgotten he's... basically a monster... he does this with a sort of thoughtless ease, like he wants nothing more in the world then to continue...]

[THIS IS... actually not true.  It might've been if it were anyone else.  He probably would've been cackling by now if it was anyone else.  As it is the... semi... rational part of his mind says he made his point, and more importantly that he's not in the business of torturing his quadrants, but then there is the quite loud insane part of him that says he has to finish, like a compulsion he can't shake. Probably the only person who could stop him without force is his moirail as he finally slips and falls head first into the freakout he's been trying to avoid for days now.  Jesus fucking christ]

[ G-guess that's...seven more cuts later huh sob ]

[Guess so... screeches...  Four on each side, though he... pauses before he switches sides to like... rub his back?  This tiny show of comfort through all the horrible things in his head right now.  And then he begins again with the next four...]

[He's rather eerily silent through the whole thing and when it's... finally... over he pulls back and presses his forehead in between the Overseer's shoulder blades, eye shut, trying to calm his own shaking somehow]

[ kjsdf Overseer is a shaking, sobbing mess by then and his voice is all hoarse. jade oozes down both sides and this has probably been the dingle most painful experience of his life?? When Baron lies his head down he just hiccups, staring at the far wall and trying to keep his lips together--which are also jade and raw, because he's bitten into them too. ]

[Lord... Overseer... he wants to apologize???  Apologize and wrap this up and make sure it doesn't scar which was actually his intention when he started.  But he's trapped being caliginous and also in the steadily growing shriek in his head.  The best he can offer is a kiss pressed against his skin before he picks himself up.  He moves weirdly slow, even for him, like he's caught in a dream, as he rights the bucket by the Overseer's head and then... leaves ldkdshsjs]

[Gonna go collect a knife from his stash and... kill a few people... screams brb]
